Business Analyst - Operations


Job Description / Responsibilities

  • To study customer business process, map & present to customer.
  • To create deployment strategies and schedules with the customer.
  • To report and follow up with the customer and Wrench team to meet the schedules.
  • To train and hand hold the users on Wrench.
  • To report and resolve with the internal team new requirements and bugs if any during the deployment.
  • To submit and follow-up for collection of payment.
  • To co-ordinate with the customer and the Wrench team as a single point contact.
  • To study the prospects business to understand their challenges and requirements to position the right WRENCH-PLM Product.
  • To interact with clients for understanding their business processes and mapping it to Wrench PLM Products.
  • To interact with the technical team to prepare ROI to the customer based on existing challenges faced by them.
  • To present the product to the customer in line with his requirement.
  • To handle the customer queries during presales.
  • To attend and resolve issues of existing WRENCH customers.
  • To conduct Training Programs.
  • To ensure a 100% satisfied customer.

Desired Skill Sets

  • BE/ B-Tech & MBA
  • Good analytical skill and communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Quality systems like ISO 9000, CAD and ERP packages would be an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel in India and abroad
