Business Analyst - Operations
Job Description / Responsibilities
- To study customer business process, map & present to customer.
- To create deployment strategies and schedules with the customer.
- To report and follow up with the customer and Wrench team to meet the schedules.
- To train and hand hold the users on Wrench.
- To report and resolve with the internal team new requirements and bugs if any during the deployment.
- To submit and follow-up for collection of payment.
- To co-ordinate with the customer and the Wrench team as a single point contact.
- To study the prospects business to understand their challenges and requirements to position the right WRENCH-PLM Product.
- To interact with clients for understanding their business processes and mapping it to Wrench PLM Products.
- To interact with the technical team to prepare ROI to the customer based on existing challenges faced by them.
- To present the product to the customer in line with his requirement.
- To handle the customer queries during presales.
- To attend and resolve issues of existing WRENCH customers.
- To conduct Training Programs.
- To ensure a 100% satisfied customer.
Desired Skill Sets
- BE/ B-Tech & MBA
- Good analytical skill and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Quality systems like ISO 9000, CAD and ERP packages would be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel in India and abroad
