The job involves:- |
|
Identification of potential customers in the respective segment and initiate the sales process |
|
Handling the technical/domain issues during the marketing/pre-sales phase. |
|
Provide expert assistance to the Field Sales organization in their marketing efforts. |
|
Help in customizing WRENCH to suit the specific requirements of customers in the above segments. |
|
Working closely with the customers during the various stages of implementation. |
|
Providing inputs to the Product Development team so that the products become more focused to changing customer needs |
Person Profile:
Engineers with 7-12 yeas experience in the Design / Engineering / Process Planning / Project Execution / Industrial Engineering department of a large organization manufacturing automobiles (2/4 wheelers), automobile components, white goods, power plant equipment, production utilities, defense equipment, etc.
They should have been involved in workflow management processes such as- Technical Document Management |

Position: SALES EXECUTIVES
They will be located in Delhi, Pune, Chennai and Bangalore.

The job involves:- |
|
Identification of potential customers in the respective territory. |
|
Prospecting and creating business opportunities for company's products. |
|
Understanding customer requirements and designing a suitable offering from the company's product portfolio. |
|
Organizing product demonstrations and presentations. |
|
Dealing with multiple agencies within a customer's organization during the sales cycle. |
|
Completing the ground-work for final discussions, / negotiations by the Directors |
The candidate should be a MBA (Marketing) preferably with Mechanical \ Production Engineering background with 1-2 years of experience of Solution Selling to large professional organizations. Experience of selling ERP or similar Software Packages / Products would be useful. He should have the capability to make effective presentations to senior managers and deal with a variety of people. A high degree of perseverance and result orientation are essential. |
